This special resort community welcomes you to natural beauty and total comfort. Emerald Shores is centrally located just minutes from the heart of Destin. Consisting of the most colorful and stylish homes, these quality vacation havens of stucco and tile have a distinctive architecture with a Caribbean/Mediterranean appeal. Situated on a series of quiet, private cul-de-sacs, they are surrounded by lush tropical landscaping and a complete array of property amenities. You can spend the morning taking a quick dip in one of 2 the most beautiful sparkling pools in the Destin area (one is heated too!) or sunning on the large sundeck. Then, enjoy an afternoon on the Laycold tennis courts, or let the Emerald Shores private seasonal tram transport you in minutes to the Gulf to soak up warm sunshine from your private covered beach pavilion. 

This Caribbean-Style 3-story, four bedroom, three bath home sleeps up to 12 and is perfect for family gatherings! A third floor master suite offers privacy and you'll enjoy the sitting area, wet bar, master bath with Jacuzzi. Other property features include balconies off all bedrooms, screened-in porch, bunk room, full size washer/dryer and grill. Close to the Emerald Shores community pool. A non-smoking home.  A small dog may be accepted for an additional $100 but must be approved in advance.  

This beach home has 2 kings, 2 full/twin bunks, queen, 1 sofa bed, full size crib, and sleeps 12. With 5 TVs (one in each room), 2 DVD players, 2 VCR players and CD stereo system, you will enjoy all the comforts of home. 

CRIB, HIGH CHAIR and BOOSTER provided. WAGON for taking children, coolers and other necessities to the beach. FUN for all within walking distance or a short drive are great restaurants ,golf ,fishing, and of course, the most beautiful white sand beaches of the Emerald Coast. Emerald Shores has its own deeded beach with shower, rest rooms, and picnic tables at the pavilion. Within five minutes drive is sensational SHOPPING! Destin Commons offers upscale stores, restaurants, and movies. Silver Sands Outlet is the largest and best discount mall in the country-wonderful places to go if you have had too much sun or need retail therapy! Gated community with 2 pools, tennis court, basketball goal, and private beach cabana with lounge chairs, picnic tables, and restrooms right on the beach!  Though the beach is just a short 5 minute walk, maybe 1/4 mile, the seasonal tram service is free and goes back and forth to the beach during the peak summer months!

All beach activities including para-sailing, jet skiing, canoeing, snorkeling, etc are available right on our beach or close to it!  Restaurants, bars, and shopping are all within 2 miles!  The Destin Harbor area is only about 5 miles to the West!  Golf is plentiful and all 10 area courses are within 10 miles, most are maybe up to 3 miles!  The Big Kahunas Water Park is a short 3 mile drive!  You'll also find bungee jumping, go karts, bumper boat rides, miniature golf, diving, dolphin cruises, bowling, etc too!  Loads of activities in a small area!  Movie theaters with stadium seating are available at the Destin Commons Mall too!
