The lagoon-shaped pool and six-person hot tub are surrounded with three gorgeous waterfalls flowing
over natural rocks that reach to over 10 ft. high. Vacation like royalty on 5 secluded acres
adorned with sprawling live oaks, dripping with Spanish moss. The estate's guest-home is backed up
to beautiful conservation land, which makes for breath-taking scenery. For those times when you
want to cuddle indoors, we provide plush Robes, Cable TV with hundreds of channels, free on-demand
movies, and High-Speed Internet.

The “Grand Floridian” is a fully equipped Suite with squeaky-clean Kitchen, and bathroom, that
includes an airy floor plan with a King bed that both overlooks the balcony, pool and big-screen TV,
and a second bedroom with two Twin beds. The Living Room includes a leather couch and recliner that
views either our brand new big-screen HDTV, or gorgeous Oak Trees through a large custom window.
This luxury accommodation is over 1,000 sq ft. and being upstairs, has its own wrap-around balcony
overlooking the pool, hot tub, waterfalls, and palm trees. Cathedral ceilings, breath-taking views,
and custom features, make this a one of a kind.

A huge activity room with a ping-pong table and leisure area is also part of the guest-home. Black
and white checkered floors and Classic Coca-Cola memorabilia are the perfect backdrop to your
vacation. Complete laundry facilities are also included. An Xbox 360, PlayStation 2, or a Personal
Computer are available upon request.

while still being within driving distance to many world-famous destinations. Zephyrhills, Florida is
just North of Tampa, and is centrally located between the Orlando attractions, Busch Gardens,
Disney, and the beautiful west coast beaches. We are only minutes away from numerous golf courses
and plenty of fishing in Lakeland.
