Enjoy our beautiful Tahoe Donner Vacation home.  Perfect for families 
and large groups who need a place to unwind and enjoy all that Tahoe 
Donner and the beautiful Sierra’s have to offer.   Our home is 
tastefully furnished throughout, has an open floor plan ideal for 
entertaining, and large bedrooms for relaxing.  Situated on a quiet 
street with a level, wooded location, you can sit on the large back 
deck and watch the kids “adventure” in the woods or enjoy the private 
spa under the stars.   
 
Located within walking distance of Trout Creek Recreation Center 
(fitness, pool and spa facilities), our home is your gateway to 
endless recreational opportunities:  golf, tennis, spectacular  
hiking, 
incredible mountain biking , access to Donner Lake, rock climbing and 
more.   
 
Tahoe Donner, is 10 minutes from downtown Truckee, 30 minutes from 
Lake Tahoe, 40 minutes from Reno Airport, and a 3 hour drive from  
the San Francisco/Bay Area.

Winter December 1 - April 15: $300 
Summer June 16 - Sept 30: $250/night 
Spring April 16–June 15:  $225 night 
Fall Oct 1-Nov 30: $225 night 
Christmas, New Years, President’s Day: $325/nt 
July 4, Labor Day, Thanksgiving: $275/nt  
Minimum 3 nights stay (3-7 night minimum during holidays) 
Cleaning fee additional: $225 
Deposit Required: $500 refundable   
10% tax, city of Truckee 
VISA/MC/Paypal accepted 
50% deposit required to confirm your reservation.  Balance due 2  
weeks prior to arrival. 
Pay with credit card via PayPal, money order or cashier's check.
