Freshly painted (the whole inside of the house after last years' rentals), 2005 built, 4 Bedroom 2 Bathroom condo of about 1500 Sq. Ft. all in one level, has a kitchen, dining and family room with a laundry room inside the condo. 2 car garage and a parking pad for your cars. A big storage room inside the garage.

Furnished front and Back porch for relaxing evening.

Outdoor shower and Barbeque area (no grill-bring your own)

Kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, silverware, pots and pans.  Full size refridegerator, microwave, coooking range with oven and dishwasher just like your very own home. Coffee maker, toaster oven,table top grill and blender to feel at home and cook your meal when you feel like.

Master bedtoom has a queen bed and TV/CABLE/DVD player. This room is so big you can add a crib if you would need. We could provide a Pack N play - please ask us for it if you are travelling with a baby. There is full bath attached to the master bedroom.

The other three bedrooms are big sized too. Second bedroom has 2 twin beds.

Third bedroom has a bunk bed (2 twin) and there is an extra twin mattress (enclosed in plastic zippered cover) underneath it. There is also office table and chair in there. This bedroom has TV/DVD so the kids can watch some movie or play games while the grown ups watch TV in the living room.

Fourth bedroom has another bunk bed (2 twin) and a queen size futon ( to sit and converse and/or to serve as a bed).

A full 2nd bath is in the hall way. There is also a full size laundry room for your convenience.

Family room has BIG SCREEN LCD TV/CABLE/DVD player, COMFY and Contemporary living room set of a sofa, chaise, swivel chair and coffee table, w/trays. 2 small seats are there for added comfort or extra seating. CABLE and NETFLIX movie package are included for your entertainment.

Dining room has a NICE tiled table with 6 chairs. Kitchen barside has 6 bar stools.

Everything you need to enjoy and relax are at the property and so park your car and have fun for a week or more.

Pillows and comforters are available. Please bring your own sheets, pillow covers and towels.

The storage attached to the garage has kids sand toys. boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, water coolers and a beach buggie for your convenience. Please clean and put them back after using as courtesy to next renters.

We take extra care to provide all you need to have a relaxed and comfortable vacation and homely feel while you rent our property. Let us know if you felt the same way when you stayed at our place.

Security Deposit

ALL rentals require Deposit $300 to book the DATES!

Deposit will be refunded in about 2-3 weeks if the condo is returned in the condition found upon arrival and if there are no tickets due to parking, trash or any other city/condo rules violations.

A Copy of all rules  and the condo assn. by laws will be sent along with contract to all renters.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

In an event that the renter has to cancel their booking 10% cancellation fee will be charged and the rest will be refunded if we get another booking at the same rent. Otherwise no refund or partial refund will be done as per situation.
