A beautiful, warm and clean apartment nestled between the Hudson River on the west, historic Harlem, southeast, Sugar Hill, east, Washington Heights, north, and Columbia University, south, in our culturally diverse neighborhood of Hamilton Heights.

The apartment is located on one of the most beautiful blocks in NYC.  It is on the street level which makes it easy for people with stair concerns.  It is decorated with comfort and style in mind. The bedrooms are super quiet and have the most comfortable queen size and twin size beds (a daybed and trundle). 

• The apartment is a large 2 bedroom/2 bath duplex completely separate with its own private entrance and with access to the serene backyard garden.  

• The kitchen is fully equipped with good knives, cutting boards, pots and pans, a toaster, coffee maker, coffee grinder, dishes, glasses, and silverware.

• There are 2 queen beds, 2 twin beds, free WiFi, towels, sheets, pillows, iron and board, hairdryer, bathrobes, and slippers.

• One bathroom has a jacuzzi. 

• The bedrooms have an air conditioner and a TV for dvds. (Small library provided).  Sorry, no TV service. 

• You have for your use a washer and dryer.

• Street parking is available.

Minimum stay of 5 nights.  If your stay is less than 5 nights, there is a $100 cleaning/restocking fee.

We require a $250 deposit to book the apartment. 100% of the deposit is applied to your final invoice.

Rate includes cleaning fee and taxes.

Rates:

• $140 per night - January 3 through March 31       

• $210 per night - April 1 through November 16    
  

• $250 per night - November 17 through January 4

There is a $200 security deposit.  100% of the deposit is refunded after the apartment has been cleaned, provided everything is intact.

          • If the keys are not returned the security deposit is not returned.

Cancellation Policy:  If cancelled prior to 1 month of arrival, the reserve is refunded. 

Do not allow overnight guests who are not listed on your reservation.

Check-in time is not before 12 noon.

Check-out time is 3:00pm.

P.S.  It has been brought to my attention by guests interested in staying here that they have heard of scams such as erroneous property addresses.  I want to assure you that my property is real and all the reviews are real.  Properties listed on VacationRentals have to pay an annual fee (which is in the hundreds).  Scammers most likely won't pay such fees.  Rest assured that this property is real.
