Wareham is centrally located being 1 hr. to Boston, 1 hr. to Providence, R.I., and one hour to Provincetown. Home is walking distance to center of Wareham, fishing piers, Tobey hospital, post office, churches, and short driving distance to  Water Wizz water park, mini-golf, theaters, restaurants, 2 golf courses in  Wareham, Cape Cod canal and bike path alongside canal,  historic Plymouth, and Plymouth Plantation, Edaville Railroad park, New Bedford Whaling Museum, or enjoy shopping in Wareham's new Crossroads shopping mall. Nov. 1  to May 1  1,200.00 per month  plus utilities of electric and gas, cable and internet I will pay for water and sewerage.  Tenant applicant  must provide references and prove of ability to pay rent.  First  and security deposit required and signing of lease these are the terms of a winter rental.  Summer and Fall Discounts for multiple weeks or monthly rentals.  Changeover day Saturday check-in 3:00  check-out  11:00  Two hundred at booking, larger deposits for longer than 1 week stays,  balance due with $200 refundable deposit at check-in.
