Our condominium Unit 206-H at 4380 Exeter Drive (just off Gulf of Mexico Drive) is located in a mid-rise,old style Florida estate with majestic trees, fragrant flowering gardens, heated pools, tennis courts, and an exercise facility, all just steps from miles of walking beaches and the balmy waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Our fourteen hundred square foot, 2-bedroom, 2-bath condominium unit was completely renovated in 2008.
