"Sea Dream" is a stunning, fabulous, large and spacious oceanfront home with a courtyard pool, a huge Great Room with large screen flat TV, fully equipped Kitchen with Breakfast room, Dining room, wonderful lanai and covered outside porch, 3 large bedrooms ... the Master with a King/TV, another with two Doubles/TV and another with a Queen. All with their own full baths. Plus a den with a sofa bed.
A true "dream" vacation home you will never forget.
But let's start with the entry to the foyer where you will catch your first glimpse of the beach and ocean overlooking one of two Great Rooms ... the first including a TV and sofa bed and then the second ... huge Great Room with large TV, card table and much more overlooking the ocean. Both, adjacent to the Courtyard pool, unique to this area on the ocean. The home has all the original charm of one the earlier homes in Ponte Vedra ... terazzo flooring and more ... with all the modern updates you would expect.
The fully equipped Kitchen is all that you would expect in a home of this quality plus the breakfast room.
The three bedrooms ... Master with King, TV and full bath overlooking the ocean, second with Queen and full bath and third large bedroom with two Doubles and full bath and TV ... plus the sofa bed in one of Great Rooms (and maybe with an air bed or two) ... sleeps 8 to 10 comfortably.
