Relax in our 2400 sf year-round home, set on an acre of shade trees and tall pine, less than a block away from a beautiful, sandy beach with gazebo and bathhouse. Spread out at our Higgins Lake Retreat, relax, breathe the clear air of Northern MIchigan pine and lakeshore breezes.

house rental amenities
We have beds to sleep 11 with three bedrooms, two baths plus a huge rec room that includes a futon bunk and pull-out. The master bedroom has a new, king size, beautyrest pillowtop mattress. The second bedroom has two twins that can be pushed together and used as a king. The third bedroom is a bunk room that has one bunk set and two single twins. Our yard has two driveways with plenty of room for parking, including boats on a trailer. We have a modern, fully equipped kitchen, TV in the living room and master bedroom, and wireless high speed cable internet. The huge attached deck includes outdoor patio furniture, tables, and gas grill.
activities and attractions in Higgins Lake Michigan
We are five houses down from what we consider the best beach on Higgins Lake, tucked away in our freindly neighborhood where kids ride their bikes and neighbors take walks in the evening. The beach is a real beach, not a road end, that is beautiflly maintained by the township with gazebo, bathhouse, volleyball, sandy beach area for sun bathing, roped swimming area. The lake bottom is sandy and water clear and shallow for the kids to play.

We are a private vacation home that is available for rentals of a week or more. We do not rent nightly. Typical summer rental is Sat - Sat. Please contact owner for rates.
