Second Floor:  2 bedrooms, one bath (with handicap bars in the shower), kitchen, dining area, living area and expansive deck overloking HY 30A and the beach acess.  Brand new 40" flat screen TV with DVD and entertainment system. 

Third Floor:  4 oversized bunk beds (can sleep 2 children each), expansive deck overlooking the beach, TV sitting area and full bath.  The TV is a 32" flat screen with DVD player.

Back Patio:  Contains a private, fenced in pool, outdoor shower, covered grilling area with both a charcoal grill and large propane grill.  There is also a wrought iron table with chairs and umbrella. There are also plenty of lounge chairs available for sunbathing.
