We are however, centrally located to all of the Florida attractlons.  You can day trip to Disney, Universal, Sea World, and Busch Gardens.  The sunsets are breathtaking from the balcony.  Do everything or nothing.  We have lots of waterfront restaurants, shopping, church, drugstores and the beach trolley can take you to all of them.  You will love it here on Sunset Beach, Treasure Island.

This Florida beach rental has everything you will need for a lazy or busy vacation.  A full kitchen with dishwasher, frig, oven-stove, and micro.  The living room has a view of the Gulf and a queen sofa bed.  It has a cable TV and dvd.  The bedroom has tropical sheets, tripple dresser and closet, king bed and another color TV.  It has a full bathroom with vanity, closet, tub and shower.   We have a bbq,  color tv's, cable, dvd, private laundry room,  pool, air conditioning, heat, telephone, all linens provided, parking in front.  Everything is provided to make your vacation wonderful.  Just bring your bathing suits.

We are a centrally located beach community.  You can walk or take our beach trolley to supermarkets, church, drugstores, waterfront restaurants, gambling, water sports, and friendly nightlife.  Ft Desoto park was voted the best beach in the USA in 2009 and it is right down the beach.  The St Pete Pier and the Dali museum are in downtown St Pete.  Historic John's Pass is just north of us.  Sunken Gardens is ten minutes away.  You can day trip to Disney, Universal, Sea World, Busch Gardens and be back in time for sunset on the beach.  We have lots of professional sports also.  Bucs, Yankees, and the Rays baseball.  TIA airport is 17 minutes to the condo.  Lots to do!

Minimum stay is 4 nights.  Security deposit of $150 - $300 must be received to hold your reservation. We do not impose a cleaning fee if the condo is left as you found it.  If extra cleaning is needed, $50 will be withheld from your deposit. Deposit is refunded within 30 days of your departure, less any damages.  Fl. tax 12%. Cancellations received within 60 days of scheduled arrival will result in forfeiture of security deposit.  Full payment is required 60 days prior to arrival. Deposit and rental rates can be paid in the form of money order or bank check.
