Sip on tropical drinks, and take in a beautiful sunset from your private lanai. Enjoy our many extras, such as Boogie Boards, Beach chairs and towels, Golf Clubs, DVDs, a flat screen TV in each room, High-Speed Internet Connection, 3 Air-Conditioners, and much more. Our remodeled unit is very clean, and features granite, travertine & marble. All that is missing is you!

Our new furninshings have arrived. Each bedroom now features its' own Flat Screen TV. We feature a King Size and 2, Twin sized Tempur-Pedic Beds (memory foam mattresses). We also have a Queen sleeper sofa!
Both bathrooms feature travertine and marble.
We are on the second level (top floor). There is no elevator, so our unit may not be suitable for individuals who have difficulty with stairs. We have many extras which will make your trip enjoyable. We recently completely redecorated our home. We do not treat it as a 'vacation rental', as it truly is our 2nd home. We enjoy sharing it with others, but we respectfully request that all in your party take good care while you are there, so all may enjoy for many years to come. We look forward to your stay, and are confident you will 'Love Our Maui Condo' as much as we do!

$200 Security Deposit- refunded if no damage or missing items are noted, or excessive cleaning is required.
Two nights' deposit required to secure reservation.
Balance due within 60 days of arrival.
If arriving within 60 days, full payment is required.
Cancellation policy: If prior to 60 days of arrival, 1 nights' charge. If within 60 days of arrival, 2 nights' charge, plus remaining balance if unable to re-rent. If able to fill vacancy, then pro-rata refund will be given.
Check-in is 3pm, Check-out is 10am.
We are a Non-Smoking unit, including the Lanai.
