This home is located just minutes from the White Tank Mountains, which can be viewed from the back yard, in the community of Surprise. It is just 5 years old with 2250 square feet of living space. It has 14-foot vaulted ceilings with a very spacious kitchen and great room area. The home has been professionally decorated and is in beautiful condition.
There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. There are also 2 dens with sofa sleepers, providing sleeping accommodations for up to 8 people. The master bedroom has a king bed with a love seat/twin sleeper. Each of the other bedrooms has queen beds. All bedrooms have roomy walk-in closets. There is a beautiful kitchen with all that you will need for your stay. There is also a fully equipped laundry room. Cable television with DVD, high speed wireless internet, local telephone, covered patio with table, chairs and gas grill, and all utilities are included.
