September in Maine is my favorite time. The water is warmer, the crowds are gone, the nights get cool enough for using the beautiful fireplace. Family-owned home in Kennebunk, Maine overlooking the Atlantic ocean and a private beach. Climb on the rocks nearby, wake up to the sounds of the ocean, or meander down to Little River. House has 4 large BRs, 3 full baths, large living/dining room with beautiful stone fireplace for cool evenings, well-stocked modern kitchen, washer/dryer, satellite TV, large deck with grill. Convenient to Kennebunkport, Freeport, charming coastal towns. Book your September vacation by April 30th and receive a 5% discount off the low off-season rate.

Kennebunkport is wonderful for browsing or spending and has wonderful restaurants. Travel a bit further to L.L.Bean or to the Kittery Outlets.
vacation rental rates
Weeks starting September 8th through October 5th are available, by the week, and possibly by the day, discounted if booked by April 15th.
Our weeks run from Saturday to Saturday.
Early and late in the season we would consider weekend rentals as well.
