4-bedroom lakeside property at Lake Anna in Lake Anna

Enjoy this delightful shared-waterfront vacation home sitting in an acre of grounds sloping down to the lake.  Grill on the gas grill on the huge 40ft deck, while you relax and watch the sun set.  Or enjoy the very well appointed gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, with wine cooler and butcher block island.  Beautifully furnished with very comfortable seating area with flat-screen TV andsatellite, and dining area (seats 8).

Property slopes down to the shared waterfront.  Property is at the end of a “finger” of the lake, and waterfront is shared between 4 houses.  Access to waterfront by foot from property. Access by road to boat ramp, which is at the end of the property.  Plenty of parking for boats and cars on property.

4 bedrooms, three with queen size beds and one with two twin beds.  Three bathrooms, one on each floor.

Fully finished walk-out basement with home theatre with DVD player. 

Kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, silverware and glassware for 8 guests, pots & pans and cooking utensils.

Starter kits of toilet tissue, paper towels & garbage bags are provided . Basic cleaning supplies are provided. You’ll also want to bring shampoo & soap with you.

Beds are equipped with comforters and pillows.  Guests responsible for providing linens – sheets & pillowcases, towels, hand-towels & dishtowels  (3 queen beds, two twin beds)

Satellite TV and internet are provided.

In season - Memorial Day to Labor Day: $1125 per week, 3 day minimum at $225/night

Easter to Memorial Day and Labor Day to Oct 15: $1025 per week, 2 night minumum at $225/night

Low season - Oct 15 to Easter: $925 per week, 2 night minimum at $205/night

$75 cleaning fee

Reservations: 50% deposit required to secure booking.  Paypal preferred, but checks accepted if more than 30 days before rental date.  Remaining 50% to be paid 30 days prior to stay.

Check-in/Check-out: Check in 4pm.  Check out by 11am.  Early check-in/late check-out may be available, but please check.

Please inquire about pets.  Pet fee $20/night.
