Beautiful updated and modern condo located in the Chautauqua Institution in the Overlook complex.
This is a 2nd floor 2 bedroom (plus large loft), 2 bath condo that offers full kitchen with microwave, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee pot and full kitched utensils. Living and dining area looks out to the porch and offers a fireplace, TV and DVD. The large open loft has large L-section seating with pullout couch, separate TV and DVD/VCR.
Wireless internet is accessible from all areas of the house including the porch area. Cable television is also included. There is a washer and dryer for renters convenience and a jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom.
Sleeps 8 Max: BR#1-QUEEN, BR#2- 2 TWIN BEDS, Loft & Living room: each have a sofa sleeper. NO SMOKING/PETS allowed per condo association rules.
