Crescent Beach park (State Road 206 and A1A). It has a 2 car garage
and nice large fenced in property (yard and driveway are fenced).
Built in 1995, the home is immaculate and is nicely furnished with
modern appliances and furniture. In addition to the bedrooms, there is
a sleeper sofa with a full size mattress as well two single fold away
beds in the closet. The house is conveniently located equi-distant
between the ocean and the Intra-coastal water way. Walk to restaurants
and convenience stores. South Beach Grill is excellent. Across the
street is Beaches Lodge in case you have visitors coming to town.
Enjoy wonderful views of the ocean from deck. It's a great spot for
taking long walks on the beach. Crescent Beach is one of the last 'old
Florida' style beaches yet is conveniently located to down town St
Augustine for shopping at the large St Augustine outlet malls. Pomars
is across the street.

Washer and dryer inside the house. Nice shaded porch to sit out side
and enjoy the ocean breeze. Fully furnished with linens and towels.
Just need to bring your towels. We have a 2 person kayak which you can
take out on the river at your own risk.

Daytona is 45 minutes away. Nearest airport is Jacksonville 1 hour a
away. Downtown St Augustine is a 20 minute drive to all historic
sites. Great shopping at outlet mall on SR 16 and I 95. World Golf
Village is 30 minutes away. Jacksonville and Ponte Vedra are 45
minutes away. St Augustine has great surfing beaches. You can drive
and ride your bike on the beach. Golf, Deep sea fishing, Marine land
are all near by. Disney parks are about 1.5 hour drive depending on
traffic.

Winter Jan - May $1,400 per month $100 per night, $ 750 per week
Summer June - August $1,850 per month, $125 per night, $950 per week
Fall Sept - December $1,200 per month $85 per night $750 per week.
