I found this rental to be very uncomfortable. The furnishings comprised of straight back wooden chairs from the turn of the century and one very old 3 seater couch that was like sitting on a plank of wood. If you profess to sleep 10 people you should be able to provide comfortable seating for 10 people. Beds were adequate. Although there is a large waterfront on this property, the beach is very small more like an entry to the water than a beach. We were 6 adults but if I had young children that enjoy playing in the sand on a beach this is not the rental for that. Many of the kitchen utensils were so old that they were rusty and in my opinion not safe to use for food preparation. The kitchen stove and exhaust hood were in need of a thorough cleaning. It was very greasy and the hood was covered with dead bugs and dust that clung to the grease. The shower stall was mildewed and needed serious scrubbing. Washer worked, dryer didn't. Overall,we were very uncomfortable in this rental.
