Halfway HOME / South Beach/ few weeks left for summer in South Haven

It won't take long to see what all of the excitement is about!  We're only 3 blocks from South Beach, 2 blocks from Kids Korner and 5 short blocks from downtown. Catch some rays,shop the cute town or watch big blue's sunset.  Half Way Home is "the spot" to stay with a very open floor plan, modern kitchen and 2 family rooms(one for the kids).  Enjoy relaxing and visiting with family or friends. With 4 bed rooms,  it sleeps a total of 12 comfortably in beds.  It has a private spacious yard, 2 1/2 baths, full laundry room and covered back porch.   Come see all that South Haven and surronding areas have  to  offer... or simply kick back and do nothing at at all.

microwave, range, fridge, dishwasher, toaster oven, coffee pot, blender, mixer, spices and crock pot.

full kitchen, bed and bath linens.  But we do ask that you bring your own beach towels.

kitchen, laundry room and bathrooms are fully stocked with enough paper goods, foil and plastic wrap to get you started, also dish soap, hand soap and laundry soap.

1  main floor family room/den with queen pull out couch - can be used as 4th bedroom

1 main floor great room with table for 8 and extra table for 4.

  1 with queen bed
  1 with 3 twin bed's one is a pull out trundle which makes a total of 4 twins in that           room.  

** the 4th bed room and the "bunk room"  have plenty of room for blow up matresses and sleeping bags if needed.

upstairs landing is spacious and could be used as a reading nook, computer hang out or extra spot for sleeping with a full fouton.

* We have tried to think of everything that you may need and have made every effort to provide as much as possible so that you do not need to bring everything with you.  

wineries, water sports, boating, shopping, golfing, hiking, biking in town, biking on the Kal Haven Trail, beach fun, festivals, blueberry picking, Shermans ice cream, walking the pier, surfing, winter fun like x-country skiing, ice skating, and snow mobiling.

Booking spring and summer of 2013.  

Summer weekly rentals run Saturday to Saturday.  

2 night min. stay  in off season~ 3 NIGHTS IN HIGH SEASON . Cleaning fee of $120 added to stays shorter than 1  week.

High season is considered memoral day to labor day.  Half Way HOME is  normally only rented by the week  during this time.  But you can check to see if we are open for a  split week.  Min.weekly rate during high season is $1950. per week.  Most weeks are $2150.mid June through  August.
