The unit is on the 2nd floor and has a deck with chairs. On the ground floor is a common area for the complex with tables, chairs, BBQ grill, and outside shower. 

Sleeps 4 comfortably, but can accommodate up to 5 people.  (2 double beds and 1 futon)

No smoking in the unit. 

Living room with futon couch, cable TV, and VCR.

Kitchen with microwave, stove, oven, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, and fridge. Stocked with dishes, utensils, glasses, pots and pans. 

Master bedroom contains a queen-sized bed, cable TV and a DVD player. 2nd bedroom contains double-bed. Ceiling fans and window A/C units in both bedrooms. 

Washer and dryer in the unit. 

Free wireless internet access. 

Outside deck; common area with tables, BBQ grill, and outside shower.

Renter provides towels and linens. Oven, microwave & refrigerator are to be left cleaned. Dishwasher is to be emptied. All trash and recyclables are to be taken out and placed in the proper receptacles.
