LaVentana Mexico, Beachfront... rent one of my Mediterranean style bungalows with the most incredible views. this is a wind sports area..... and this located the heart of it.

All rooms have their own private entrance.
Short term or long term accepted, I have several independent rooms, this is launchable beach front no big rocks. .and 300 yards north of the arroyo where kiters launch and land constantly. Launch here land there.

So plenty of people to launch or catch your kite. Still a very private area 190 feet of beach front property size is large 5000 sq meters (acre).

for food; walk out the gate and two hundred yards there is Rafas where you can have a sit down taco lunch for $5.00 per person, or for dinner have a respectable diner without breaking the bank.  And new oping this year Davids beachfront restaurant with incredible vies from the cliff which another 100 yards from Rafas...  300 yards to the south  we have the beachfront sports bar restaurant with pool table and several other eating establishments and general store within 10-15 minute walk.
all rooms can be rented with a group.

Windsurfing and kiting is generally good till the end of April.

We have two spectacular view full outdoor kitchens, and real space for relaxation. 5000 sq metes and 200 feet of usable beach front, this is the safe area for launching kites and windsurfing, we have only small rocks, and a sand beach launch only 100 yards down. we have 7 independent rooms. and room for 2-3 RVs.

Primitive beachfront camping spots as low as $10.00 a night for monthly, includes hot showers...    Kitchen privileges extra $3.00-$5.00 per person per night.

We are about 30 miles from LaPaz. a taxi or private van will bring you to LaVentana from Cabo or LaPaz. contact us for details. bring your mask, as there is good snorkeling right in front.

We have the most remarkable views even at our kitchens.
all of the vista rooms have million dollar views, you will see the
nicest sunrises of your life. wind is here more than not. we have
a TV room and hammocks on the property.

HotTub use is $20.00 per use/hour.

rooms with private bathroom are $80.00 a night
small rooms shared bathroom are $40.00 per night
large rooms shared bathroom are $60.00 per night,
campsite $25.00 per night 3 day minimum, $20.00/ night week, $15.00/ night for month

RV site $30.00 per night, week minimum, discount for month.

above rates are sept 30 2009 to December 10, 2010, and after January 10th with a furthur discount during summer. exception is during special events higher rates may apply.
