Charming Eastport Vacation Rental in Annapolis

This lovely home has been the vacation destination for families and groups of friends for years and is fully equipped for easy comfortable and clean living.  The home easily accommodates 8 and has a 1st floor den with a comfortable sleeper sofa and a full bath on the first floor.  There is off street parking and grill in the big back yard.  There is a lovely front porch with ceiling fans to sit in the Adirondack chairs and enjoy the quiet street that is an easy walk to everything. 

Our family also has a marina across the street and for those families who would enjoy using our little Boston Whaler, we will have our marina manager suit you up with life jackets, check you out on the use of the boat and it makes for a wonderful way to explore the creeks and enjoy Annapolis by water. For those families who come by boat, we can arrange a slip for you and you can enjoy staying in the house until you are ready to set off to the next destination.  Many families have found that this house is a perfect place to create the central gathering area for reunions, weddings, showers, graduations you name the occassion.  We have room for a tent in the back yard and will gladly help you make the arrangements. 

This house is perfectly located on a quiet street across from the water, but is just a few blocks walk from all the wonderful bars, restaurants and shops.  The Annapolis Maritime Museum is just around the corner and there is a delicious meal within a five minute walk whether you chose a gourmet seafood restaurant or a casual family atmosphere with locally caught and prepared seafood or maybe just a steak and a view.

Fri/Sat/Sun $325/night

$75 turnover fee for each rental and 2 night minimum

We require 1/3 deposit to reserve and accept all major credit cards
