Beautiful, and very spacious, direct front ocean condo, with 3 bedrooms/3 baths, 2 dens plus living room/kitchen/dining area (approx. 2,500 sq. ft. of living space) on the largest stretch of pristine 'traffic free' private beach in Central Florida. You don't have to take the elevator down to have access to the beach/pool area.  Patio furniture with umbrella (sits 8 comfortably) located on the spacious patio a few feet away from the pool/beach.

This unit has two ensuite master bedrooms (with king size beds), directly facing the ocean.  The third bedroom also has a king size bed. The fourth bedroom/den has a pull-out sofa and extra cot. (New pictures coming soon) See List of Amenities below.

The Towers of Ponce Inlet Amenities:  Gated Community with 24-hour Security detail.  The Gym Room - treadmill elyptical trainer and weight machine, free weights, sauna, dressing rooms. The Club Room - library, card tables, pool table.  3 pools.  Tennis Court.

Lease Term cannot be less than One Month per contract per lessee as per the Town of Ponce Inlet regulation and CSA.  No guests allowed if the tenant is not in residence.  Unit cannot be occupied by more than 8 persons.
No pets. No smoking inside this unit.

Color televisions (with VCR or DVD) in all bedrooms and dens, and the living room has also a Surround Sound System.  The kitchen is fully equiped and has brand new appliances.  The Dining area sits 8. The laundry room has a full size electronic washer and dryer. This unit has it's own library (with books, games and movies), a digital piano, the use of a PC and printer, with wireless high speed internet.  Digital phone service with free long distance anywhere in the Continental USA, Canada, and Puerto Rico.

Also provided are linens, beach chairs, beach toys, hair blower in each bathroom, some baby equipment. Also, an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towel, kleenex, shampoo/conditioner, dishwasher and laundry detergents, etc. 

One inside spot (owner's spot) parking allowed, and plenty of outside parking for your guests.

 The charming community of Ponce Inlet is located approximately 10 miles south of Daytona Beach (with its own shopping, restaurants, nightlife and the famous Daytona International Speedway, and Greyhound races).  The complex is minutes away from the famous 'North Turn' Restaurant featuring live entertainment and beachfront dining/dancing. There are many nearby landmark waterfront restaurants and point of interests such as: The Historic Ponce Inlet Lighthouse, Turtle Preserve Hospital & Museum, State Park with Fishing Jetty, Ponce Inlet Nature Preserve & Botanical Park.  Also Deep Sea Fishing (Charters), canoeing, Jet Ski rentals, 25 golf courses in the area, Ferry boat to New Smyrna Beach, Mini-Put nearby, etc.  Disney / Universal Studios / Sea World / Kennedy Space Center, are within 75 minutes of driving or less.

Monthly rentals only:

Fall rates: $2,500; 

Summer rates:  $3,500;

Winter/Spring rates: $ 3,000 - $3,300

In addition to the above, a 12.5% Florida State and Volusia County Resort Tax applies, and $125 cleaning fee.

Reservations:

Security deposit: $500/signed lease after booking to secure rental. The Security Deposit will be returned within 30 days from end of stay if no damage occurs to unit.
