This is a very spacious and beautiful oceanfront, walkout condo, located in Tower IV at The Towers of Ponce Inlet. You don't have to take the elevator down to have access to the beach/pool area.
Spectacular views of the ocean and the no-drive sandy beach from the inside/outside of this unit.
This unit has two ensuite master bedrooms, with king size beds, facing the ocean, and the third bedroom has a king size bed also and a digital piano. Beside the living/dining area, there is a separate den. See list of amenities below.
The complex has a gated main security entrance with security personnel (24hrs). Also an exercise room, Club room, 3 pools and Jacuzzi areas, tennis court. Beautifully maintained.
Lease Term cannot be less than One Month per contract per lessee as per the Town of Ponce Inlet regulation and CSA.  No guests allowed if the tenant is not in residence.  Unit cannot be occupied by more than 6 persons.
No pets. No smoking inside this unit.

Color television with VCR, or DVD, in each bedroom. The kitchen is fully equiped. The living room has a 36'Color TV, VCR, DVD and Surround Sound System. The
laundry room has a High Capacity electronic washer and dryer. Also provided are linens, beach chairs, beach toys, hair blower in each bathroom, an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towel, kleenex, shampoo and conditioners, dishwasher and laundry detergents. This condo has it's own library (with books, games and movies) the use of a PC and printer with wireless high speed internet, digital phone service with free long distance anywhere in the Continental USA, Canada, and Puerto Rico.
One spot inside parking allowed, and plenty of outside parking for your guests.

Ponce Inlet has several waterfronts restaurants with outdoor patios,
many featuring nightly entertainment. Some of the attractions are
the Ponce Inlet Lighthouse, the Marine Center, Chartered Deep-sea fishing, etc.
This charming community is located approximately 10 miles south of Daytona Beach (with its own shopping, restaurants, nightlife and the famous Daytona International Speedway, and Greyhound races. Also, there are about 25 golf courses within a short drive. To the north of Ponce Inlet, is the historic town of St-Augustine, and to the south, is the Kennedy Space Center. Orlando,
with all of its attractions such as Disney, Sea World, and Universal
Studio, is approximately an hour of driving distance also.

Summer months: $3,600
Other months: $3,000
In addition to the above, a 12.5% Florida State and Volusia County Resort Tax applies
Reservations:
$500 Security deposit with signed lease to secure rental. Will be returned in full, if notice of cancellation is received 60 days or more prior to stay. The Security Deposit will be returned within 30 days from end of stay if no damage occurs to unit.
$125 cleaning fee applies.

Security Deposit $500.00 and signed lease after booking to secure rental.
Payment: First month rental, payable 30 days prior to arrival.
Last month, (for multitude months stay), payable upon arrival.
