Whispers is a very quiet and secluded Boutique Island Oasis in the heart of Paradise.

A new solar heated pool installed 2008 and pool patio overlooks a deepwater bay with a dock and 
fishing facilities and a barbeque.

The Condominiums - Updated and Refurbished 2008
All condominiums have Full Kitchens with Full Size Stoves and Refrigerators and include separate 
living rooms, and separate bedrooms. We provide all the appliances, linens and towels that you will 
need.
Bathrooms have a tub and a shower, hairdryer included.
Also included are Free Cable TV. Free Wi FI Internet, Free Local Telephone, Free Parking

There are seven very exclusive, fully tiled and intimate, clean and well maintained 
condominiums at Whispers. 
Plus a 3 bedroom Executive house on the water.
Each condominium has a unique theme.

The Artist Suite is a Standard One Bedroom - with Art Deco prints and 
furniture. Sleeps 4

The Africa Suite is a Standard One Bedroom - African Safari
It is complete with wildlife fabrics and towels, African carvings 
and pictures. Sleeps 4

The English Cottage is a Standard One Bedroom - English Floral 
antique china ornaments, charm and grace and comes complete with an 
English china tea pot. Sleeps 4

The Oriental Suite is a Deluxe One Bedroom - Asian prints and decor. 
Sleeps 4

The Hawaiian Suite is a Deluxe One Bedroom with the portrait of the 
volcano goddess Pele and rich floral fabrics is bright and colorful. 
Sleeps 4

The Santa Fe Suite, a Deluxe one bedroom playing on a 
Southwestern theme, earthy tones and Kachinka dancers. Sleeps 4. 

The two-bedroom Florida Suite sleeps six. It has tropical 
pastel colors with flamingo pink and mint green decor. Sleeps 6

The Executive House is 2400 square feet of luxury living. Three 
bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a gourmet kitchen. Two bedrooms each with 
kitchenette and sitting area. Spectacular cathedral ceilings and wonderful
water views. Sleeps 8

Every unit is a ground floor home with a back patio and a front European Style Courtyard
surrounded by lush, exotic tropical landscaping with benches, fountains and palms.

Whispers is on the bay at Treasure Island. Walk a block to the beaches, dining and shopping of 
Treasure Island. There is a pool and a dock overlooking the water. Great fishing, dolphin wathching 
and loads of pelicans, hawks and herons come visiting.
 
We are close to Historic Johns Pass Village for fresh seafood, shopping and nightlife.

You enter Whispers through a distinctive garden gate, the Courtyard 
Tower, lush with fragrant jasmine and passionflowers.
A landscaped European style central courtyard greets 
you, complete with fountains, and fringed with palms and exotic 
plants. This is the focal point for social gatherings and meeting 
your neighbors.

A short stroll after breakfast and you are at the beach just one 
block away. Here is nature's gift to the islands. Thirty miles of 
pristine white powder beaches and the warm inviting waters of the 
Gulf of Mexico are yours for the taking. These are rated The Finest Beaches in the USA.


We are 45 minutes to Busch Gardens. 90 Minutes to Disney, MGM, Universal and Sea World.

Surrounded by water on all sides, Dolphins swim by daily past our 
dock called “Dolphin Alley”. Pelicans and herons play and dazzling 
sunshine days can be spent in peace and renewal of body and soul.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The Pool
A New large waterfront pool installed 2008, ecologically takes advantage of a solar 
heating system. Overlooking a pristine bay is a secluded pool 
patio with a gorgeous view of the bay. Relax with a book, catch the 
perfect tan and watch the hundreds of birds or the dolphins in the 
bay. Moor your boat, fish from the private dock and have the catch 
fresh from the sea ready to barbeque for dinner. Here you can escape 
the crowds, rinse off the salt after a day at the beach and plunge 
into the refreshing pool as the sun slips silently away.

St. Petersburg and Tampa have many fine cultural events. Every month 
brings a different program. There are world-class symphony concerts, 
theater, experimental theater, rock concerts, and fine museums 
including the world-renowned Salvador Dali Museum, the Holocaust 
Museum, as well as the finest Museum of Science in the Southeast. 
Within thirty-minutes drive you can be at Tampa International 
Airport 
or a host of activities.

Old historic downtown Tampa is Ybor City. This is the old Cuban 
cigar- making district that gave the world Tampa Cigars. Today it is 
reminiscent of New Orleans' French Quarter with its Jazz clubs, 
Blues bars, rave clubs, taverns, bistros, and boutiques. Rock until you 
drop is the theme of Ybor City.

Shopping is another treat. Three major malls are within 30 minutes 
plus a huge Factory Outlet Mall featuring major brand closeouts. 
Discover little treasures in the small boutiques around Treasure 
Island Village
 
The thrill rides of Busch Garden Theme Park and Adventure Land are a 
must and just twenty minutes away. Do not miss the Seminole Indians 
Casino, Lowry Park Zoo, Tampa Jai-Alai, Derby Lane Greyhound racing, 
and horse racing.

Downtown St Pete has its own nightlife and bars (twenty minutes 
drive). The Historic Vinoy Resort and the famous Pier with its shops 
and views across Tampa Bay is on every tourist itinerary.

Definitely bring your camera for the spectacular colors of a 
tropical 
Florida Sunset. This is the most incredible display of colors you 
have seen.

Activities and Attractions

"Shelling" is a favorite pastime, as is dolphin 
watching and spotting the wide variety of spoonbills, sandpipers, 
herons, pelicans and wild birds "clamming" on the seashore as you 
wiggle your toes in the soft warm sand.

A short stroll puts you right in the heart of Treasure Island 
Village. Here are the little delis, ice cream parlors and 
restaurants, the tiki bars on the beach, the one-of-a kind 
boutiques, and cafes, and of course the ubiquitous little seaside shops with 
their sponges, shells, and sunscreen lotion.

Plan your busy days. There is a lot to do. Parasail, jet ski, water-
ski, deep-sea fishing, diving. Why not enjoy a romantic dinner or 
take a casino boat cruise on the Gulf of Mexico?
Rent a bicycle and cycle the nearby Pinellas Trail for thirty miles 
or more. Jog it or blade it, the choice is yours. All your dreams of 
a perfect vacation await you at "Whispers."

The public transport trolleys run up and down the beach. Treat 
yourself to a day at the historic turn-of-the-century Don Ce Sar 
Resort and Spa. Pamper yourself with a massage or an exquisite 
dinner, and keep your eyes open for visiting celebrities!
Nearby is Fort de Soto Wildlife Preserve. Rated the Best Beach in the USA and as one of the Top 
Ten Beaches in the world, it's just around the corner!
