This island retreat offers you fully equipped condominiums with all
the linens, cookware, full 
kitchens and all the mod cons and with no stairs anywhere. 
The two bedroom unit sleeps six. The Large Deluxe One Bedroom condos
sleep four and smaller Standard 
one bedroom units sleep four.
All condos are similarly appointed with all the same amenities. (see
list of amenities below)
Plus the Fabulous Executive House that sleeps 6-8.

The 3 Bederoom 3 Bathroom EXECUTIVE HOUSE is 2400 square ft of luxury
appointments. Open plan living.
Cathedral Ceilings and Fans throughout.
Tiled living rooms with a gourmet kitchen with dishwasher and disposal
unit. Fridge freeze with Ice 
maker. Washer and Dryer in the unit. Two zones of Central Heating and A/C.
Ceiling to Floor panoramic windows with water views.
There is a custom sunken tub in the master bedroom which has a King
size bed, sun room and 
kitchenette.
The one guest bedroom is granny flat en suite with a kitchenette and a
queen bed.
The other guest bedroom has a queen bed and two bunk beds.

There is a NEW solar heated pool with a sunny patio overlooking the
water. 
Attached is a fishing and boat dock that attracts all kinds of birds 
such as herons, egrets and pelicans.
Dolphins swim by daily and you may see an occasional manatee!

All the condominiums have been recently updated, tiled and painted 
while still maintaining the charm of a bygone Vintage Florida era. 

The two bedroom condominium, for example is done in a Florida Theme 
of pastel colors and tiled floors trimmed in pale tones of mint.
The one bedrooms are similarly done with themes of Africa, Hawaii, 
the South West, Oriental, and English Cottage and an Art Deco them.

The condominiums are set amid lush palm trees and gardens with a
central courtyard with 
fountains and park benches. 

Every condo has upgraded genuine, luxurious feather beds for you to
sink into 
for a sweet nights rest.
The bedrooms each have a queen size bed (larger than a double) and 
the two bedroom has a queen and two singles (can be made into a king). 
Some one bedroom nits have a king bed.
The living room in each condominium also has a queen size sleeper sofa.
Ceiling fans, heating and air conditioning is in each unit
All these units have been recently painted, tiled and updated.

There is a full size kitchen with a full size stove with an oven a 
full size refrigerator and freezer, microwave oven, coffeemaker, and 
toaster. 
All crockery and appliances are included including beach towels and 
linens.

Our pool side is beautifully sheltered by a HUGE rubber tree on one 
side. So escape the hustle and bustle of the busy beach and enjoy 
total privacy and quiet.

Did I mention that we are in a FANTASTIC location? 
You can walk to anywhere in five minutes, even to the local 
supermarket!
We are close to historical Johns Pass Village for sea food dining,
galleries and shops.
It is reminiscent of a bygone era, with its rough wooden buildings
sporting fading tin roofs. Set on 
stout wooden pilings, the fishing boats dock there each evening. 
It is famous for its fresh seafood restaurants and lively bars. 
Papa Ernest Hemingway would be quite at home here!

Across the road there is a day spa, and a community center with 
regular activities such as bingo, and jazz bands etc.
There is a small park as well. Up the road, the beach has a 
children's play center with slides and monkey bars.

At night there are dozens of nearby beach restaurants awaiting you, 
as well as night clubs, bars, and great shopping in our village 
square.
There are excellent discount outlet malls within a few miles drive.

Also in the vicinity, within a short drive, there are golf courses, 
nature Reserves, bird watching, parasailing, scuba diving, dolphin 
cruises, gambling cruises, and our pristine Treasure Island beaches 
that are ranked as the finest beaches in the USA!!

You are also right on the Barrier Islands in the warm Gulf of 
Mexico, with 30 miles of wonderful beaches, boating, swimming, 
tanning, jet skiing and water skiing.
Just a short drive over the connecting causeway will take you to the 
sophisticated shopping, galleries and dining of Downtown St 
Petersburg and Tampa.
