Water's Color is a 3/3 interior unit at Barrier Dunes, just 180 steps from your back deck to the gulf!  A shorter walk to the playground, interior pool and tennis courts!

Our main living area, the lower floor, features a fully stocked kitchen, dining area, living room, full bath, downstairs bedroom with private balcony, and large main deck with patio furniture and a gas grill!

• LIVING ROOM -- Large seating area with comfortable furniture and colorful wall decor. Queen sleeper sofa.  Color television, connected to cable, DVD player  and a collection of movies for you and the children.  This unit is also stocked with playing cards, books and games.  Ceiling Fan.  Free wireless high-speed internet.

• DINING AREA --  Dining table with seating for four.  Four barstools at the kitchen counter provide additional seating.

• KITCHEN -- Fully stocked kitchen with just about anything we think you'll need during your stay.  Dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffeemaker, crock pot, dishes and silverware for 12, a good selection of cookware, utensils and glassware, spice rack, and much more!  Also located in the kitchen is a cordless telephone with answering machine.

• DOWNSTAIRS BEDROOM -- Twin Beds.  Ceiling Fan.  Private balcony with a view of one of the fishing ponds.

• MAIN DECK -- Spacious deck with gates to keep children confined.  Patio table and four chairs provide additional seating for meal times or a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the end of a day at the beach.  Gas grill with backup propane tank is also provided. 

  The second floor of our unit features two full bedrooms and baths!  The master suite consists of a large bedroom, private balcony, spacious bath, twin vanities, a garden tub and separate shower!  The second bedroom is roomy and also has a private balcony.  It has a full private bath with a tub/shower combination.  The laundry closet is also on this level, with full-sized washer and dryer.

  • MASTER BEDROOM -- King-sized bed, clock radio, telephone, ceiling fan, TV, VCR/DVD player and telescope.

  • MASTER BEDROOM DECK -- Features two comfortable deck chairs and has a nice gulf view.  Enjoy breathtaking sunsets in the peace and quiet of your private balcony.

  • MASTER BATH -- The master vanity features twin sinks and plenty of storage, a shower/tub combination.  Hair dryer provided for your convenience.

  • SECOND UPSTAIRS BEDROOM -- Queen-sized bed, TV, telephone, ceiling fan, and private balcony with a view of one of the fishing ponds.  This bedroom has a private, full bath with tub/shower combination.

  • LAUNDRY CLOSET -- On this floor, you'll find our laundry facilities as well.  Full-sized washer and dryer, ironing board and iron.  

• Enclosed outside shower with hot/cold water
