The Trail:
Home is directly on the Pinellas Trail, a 47 mile walking, biking, 
and rollerblading trail that runs through the entire county. Walk 
the Trail downtown and visit the many interesting shops and 
restaurants. Or bike the trail for a day's adventure of sightseeing 
and exercise. 

The Hammock:
A 75 acre nature preserve. This is a great place to walk through the 
paths and enjoy Florida's nature outdoors at its best. See the many 
bird, plant, and reptile species that inhabit the central Gulf Coast.

The Gulf of Mexico:
House is within two blocks of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. See 
amazing sunsets over the water. Enjoy the white sandy beaches. Rent 
a boat, Jet Ski, or Kayak. Bring your Binoculars!!! 

Honeymoon Island State Park, one of the best in Florida!!! Only 
minutes away by bike or car!! Come and see the "Real Florida" on the 
quieter, spectacular Gulf Coast!

Home is within minutes to several golf courses!! 

Located in charming Dunedin, which has a small town atmosphere yet 
brims with attractions for all ages. A quaint and active downtown 
with plenty of shops, restaurants, antique mall and much, much more. 
Minutes away are Honeymoon and Caladesi Islands, boasting one of 
Florida's "Top Ten" beaches and tons of water- and nature-based 
activities. Throughout the year, many festivals and special events 
will bring you to downtown or one of Dunedin's many delightful 
parks. Of course, Dunedin is also the spring training home of the 
Toronto Blue Jays. Summer temperatures average 80 degrees and winter

Our beautiful home also features direct access onto the Pinellas 
Trail, where you may walk or bike through 40 miles of scenic 
Pinellas County, from Tarpon Springs to the north, to downtown St. 
Petersburg to the south. From our pool, you are but a few steps away 
from the wonderful recreational resource. 

From our home, you are 15 minutes from Tarpon Springs with its deep 
Greek heritage, 15 minutes from famous Clearwater Beach and the 
barrier islands, and 30 minutes to Tampa International Airport and 
downtown St. Petersburg. A short two-hour drive puts you right in 
the middle of Orlando's many attractions.
