Arcata Redwood Rental in Arcata

This house has it's own private redwood grove! It sits on top of a hill at the edge of Arcata in a quiet neighborhood. Spacious and open, the great room has two couches, offering comfort with a view. The kitchen is fully equipped, including pots, pans, dishes and plenty of cupboard space. One of our more unique features is the hot tub room with surround windows that open up to the majestic redwoods. 

Sleeping arrangements include three bedrooms with queen beds: master bedroom has queen bed and attached bathroom; one bedroom has a full bed and a twin; two bedrooms have queen beds; and one bedroom has two twins. Upon receiving your reservation, we will email you a rental agreement to be signed and returned with your rental balance. If you have any further questions about the house or the area please email or call us. 

Amenities include hot tub, internet hookups, ipod hookup to stereo system, dvd player w/large screen, gas range and oven, full fridge/freezer, microwave, full kichen set up, central heating, washer/dryer, small TV with VCR (in room downstairs). 

*If you'd like to listen to music, bring an ipod or other media device to be plugged into the stereo system. Please leave the stereo settings as they are. The only element that works on the stereo is the media player hookup in the settings it is currently in. There is also a dvd player. Bring dvd's if you like or rent them from Spotlight or La Dulce in Arcata.

This house is perfect for visitors who want to see the REDWOODS! It has a relaxing feel, as it is IN the rewoods, and has SUNSHINE w/a view of redwood forest on two sides and the bay on the third side. Set at the south edge of Arcata, it is close to the Arcata Marsh, a world famous bird watching destination which offers short, easy hiking trails. It is a five minute drive from the house. Our coastline offers pristine beaches, where agates can be found and sea life can be seen. Redwood National Park, Fern Canyon, The Lost Coast, Trinidad and the Trinity River, are just a few of several nearby attractions. Arcata is central to it all, and it has much to offer in the way of restaurants, cafes, and small town entertainment. Arcata has a great COOP and a lively all-organic Saturday Farmer's Market. The old theater is revived, now the Arcata Theater Lounge, and the Minor Theater is still here. A variety of restaurants, from organic cafes to sushi bar to grills can be found in Arcata. The owners of this home are based on the Trinity River, an hour and a half inland from Arcata.
