This deluxe beachfront Panama City Beach features total luxury.  You deserve it!  Both the Master Suite and Living Room have 'window walls', an unrestricted view of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico and the 650 feet of beach.  The Master suite features a super comfortable King Size bed with it's own large TV and DVD.  The Master Bath has a large jacuzzi tub and separate large glass enclosed shower.  The twin sinks are set in a large, spacious counter with monster sized mirror and lots of storage.  The Master Suite also includes a large vanity area with a walk in closet.  The kitchen is state of the art with granite counter tops and stainless appliances.  The wet bar has it's own icemaker and granite counter top.  The dining area sports a large glass top table and also seating for three at the bar.  Cooking in the kitchen is really relaxing while your eyes are riveted on the view of the Gulf.  The guest bedroom has twin beds and a private entrance into the spacious bath with tub/shower combination.  You'll have access to my own private, reserved parking spot that is the most convenient in the whole facility!  People will stare at you when you 'disembark' from your car at this parking spot just like you were getting out of a private jet!  You'll be the envy of those who covet your parking spot!  You'll never have to drive on grid locked Front Beach road either...the parking garage is access from Middle Beach Road (Hutchinson) and Churchwell Drive.  Within walking distance are numerous restaurants, activities for the kids, shops and Walmart!  If you have time my unit is equipped with high speed wireless internet.  Bring your laptop....but no work.  Your on vacation!!

Paypal, Credit Cards and checks are accepted For Payment.  Reservation must be made with a credit card issued to a parent that is over twenty-five that will assume all financial obligations of the rental.

Health Club, Spa & Fitness Center are now open and offer state-of-the-art equipment as well as a sauna and steam room with Gulf views.
Hours of operation are 7:00 A.M. to 7:00 PM daily.
Spa treatments are available too!

The Majestic Theatre Movies are shown on Friday and Saturday Night at 7:30 PM in the state of the art stadium seating theater.

The Majestic Market Open seven days a week from 7 A.M. to 7 P.M. this intimate market features Starbucks Coffee, fresh breakfast pastries and muffins, gourmet sandwiches, tossed salads, and pantry items and snacks and souvenirs.

H2O Bar and GrillOpen seven days a week, from 11:00 A.M. thru 9:00 P.M. and includes an outdoor pool bar and Gulf-front serviced seating for lunch and dinner.

Beach Services And Rentals.Rent your beach equipment right on the Majestic Beach sand! Jet Skis, parasailing, banana boat rides, all directly outside your door!

If you can think of it and it's a beach activity or attraction, then I'm willing to bet that you can find it on Panama City Beach, nearby to Majestic Beach Resort!  As a 'Hand's On' owner, I want to be you're personal concierge.  While not a total local, I know where to find the best oysters on the half shell for only $4.50, the best outside dining overlooking a Marina, a $7.50 seafood platter.  All you have to do is ask and I'll do my best to find the answer for you.  My mission as an owner is to ensure your vacation exceeds all your expectations! 

Peak Season May 15 to August 15 is $1250 to $1400.

Late Summer August 15 to October 1 is $1050.

Fall October 1 to November 30 is $1050(excluding Thanksgiving Weekend)

Winter $1350 per week

Spring Break March 1 to April 15 $1400

Late Spring April 15 to May 15 $1050
