Vacation Rental Description

The chalet has two bedrooms,living and dining rooms,2 baths,W&D,
upstaits sitting room and a deck overlooking two golfing greens.
It has all pine ceilings and is about five years old.

Vacation Rental Amenities

It is totally furnished.  Complete from coffee maker to popcorn 
popper.

Activities and Attractions

The chalet is at the eagle Crest resort. Three golf courses plus a 
challenging 18 hole putting course are all within walking distance.  
Members and guests pay reduced green fees.  The resort has swimming 
pools, exercise rooms, racketball and tennis courts and game rooms 
for children.  It is in the high desert of central Oregon.  Hiking, 
fly fishing,river rafting and horseback riding activities are all 
within a one hour drive.  There are also an abundance of golf courses 
in the area.  Central Oregon is a golfing destination.

Mt Bachelor ski resort is located approximately 35 minutes away

Vacation Rental Rates

The chalet rents for $800 per week.  Or $160 per night with a three 
night minimum.  There is a refundable $100 deposit and a $80 non-
refundable cleaning fee.  There is a county room tax of 7%.
