Whether you've had "A Hard Day's Night" or feel like there's "Eight Days A Week" have we got the  
place for you to enjoy relaxing Gulf breezes, the sound of the surf, and spectacular sunsets.  This  
beautiful, BRAND NEW, 9th floor luxury condominium is your vacation destination!!! The LIVING ROOM  
AND the MASTER BEDROOM both overlook the sugar white sand beach and the beautiful emerald waters of  
the Gulf of Mexico.  Both have access to the spacious private balcony (10 x 19).   
 
This 2 bedroom/2bath condo was designed with families in mind.  The master bedroom has a King size  
bed.  The Master bath has a large tub/shower combo and double sinks. The second bedroom contains a  
queen size bed. The second bathroom is accessible from both bedroom 2 and the main living area.  It  
has a tub/shower combo, a large sink and a vanity area.  There is a full size sleeper sofa located  
in the living room.  The balcony is comfortably furnished with 6 chairs and 2 tables for enjoying  
the sunsets, dolphins and oceanviews throughout the day.  A great place to unwind after a day in the  
sun and before heading out to dinner. 
 
This vacation rental sleeps 6 comfortably.  The condo comes equipped with a full-size kitchen,  
washer & dryer, televisions, cable TV, DVD players and/or VCRs, linens & towels, as well as starter  
kits of Wolfgang Puck coffee, dish soap/powder, laundry detergent and Gilchrist & Soames toiletries.  
The condo also has high speed internet access (ethernet cable) in the unit (both bedrooms and the  
kitchen) and wireless access in the sitting areas near the elevators and across the sky bridge in  
the main lobby. 
 
Located on the west end of beautiful Panama City Beach, Splash has easy access to Pier Park Mall 
(opening March 2008), the City Pier, restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Everything is here to

Deposit Policy - An advance payment of the one (1) night’s room plus tax (12.785%) plus a $40.00 non  
refundable damage deposit are required at the time of booking. It will be applied towards your  
balance upon check in. A valid credit card is required to make the reservation, and will be held for  
14 days after departure in the event of a remaining balance and/or incidentals.  The damage deposit  
covers the guests up to $2000.00 in the event something is broken or destroyed in the unit during  
the stay.  You must report any damages while you are there and before you leave. 
 
Rental Rules - Check in is after 3:00 pm and guaranteed by 6:00 pm (Central Standard Time). Check  
out is promptly at 10:00am. No pets are allowed in rental units. No RV’s, trailers, or boats are  
permitted.  
 
*Note that Spring Break falls within the Spring rate season and Summer Peak falls within the Summer  
rate season. Certain restrictions apply. Three (3) and seven (7) night minimums may be required.  
Special rates apply to holiday periods and events. Rates are subject to change.
