airport (13 miles), our 2200 square foot home is 1 mile from a major
freeway. You’ll love the private location with convenience to Red
Rock Canyon and the Las Vegas Strip. Nestled in a quiet, safe,
neighborhood, the home has a nice view from the second story master
bedroom.
The fabulous four bedroom, two and a half bath vacation home is
the ideal location whether you are looking for that extra-special
place to tie the knot, planning your romantic honeymoon, or that
weekend escape. This house offers the perfect combination of
location
and distinctive living.
You will experience a level of superior style, comfort and
prestige as you step through the door with a light and airy interior
that features vaulted ceilings and oversized windows. When it comes
to relax step into the backyard and enjoy the peace and the
quietness
that surrounds this home.
What sets this home apart is one huge master bedroom, a
fireplace, a huge living room, and an alternate sitting area. Each
room has a bedroom and a DVD player and expanded cable TV. For
extra
sleeping accommodations, we have a queen sized inflatable bed. And
for the wee little ones, we even have a baby crib and high chair
upon
request.
The warm beige and white interior and beautiful décor provide
the Las Vegas experience, while fun extras add to your enjoyment.
The entire first floor has ceramic tile flooring and the second
floor
has plush carpeting. Relax by the gas fireplace; enjoy a DVD movie
on a night in, or discover the ultimate treat of one of the
luxurious
spas in Las Vegas.
There is also an office area equipped with a computer, printer,
internet, and wi-fi throughout the house.
We also provide a fully equipped kitchen and a barbecue grill.
The kitchen has beautiful granite countertops. Whether you just
want
to make a quick breakfast before spending the day on the Las Vegas
Strip or stay in and grill up a feast, you will find the kitchen
ready for any task. Plus our washer and dryer mean you can pack
lighter-saving more room for shopping “finds” at the outlet stores!
Other extras include: coffee maker, linens provided, toaster,
microwave, and a dishwasher.
There is a 24 hour fitness about 7 minutes down the street that
offers a low day pass rate, and also a world class 20,000 square
foot
Las Vegas Athletic Club with Jacuzzi two lap pools, state of the art
equipment, big wall screen TVs, indoor running track, and spa-like
locker rooms will be open mid 2007.
There are also baby sitting facilities available at most local
casinos if you want to go gambling or watch a movie. There are also
local gymborees. This home is near a Wal-Mart Superstore, Target
Great land, Sam’s Club, Costco, restaurant and bars, and shopping.
Finally, we welcome good pets with prior approval. The home’s
grass landscaped backyard is perfect for four-legged guests.
Las Vegas has so much to offer. For one it is a golfer’s haven
there
are more than a handful of golf courses to choose from. There is
also the Red Rock canyon where many go to hike or bike. Also there
is Mount Charleston which many frequent during snow season. Or
dance
the night away at one of the hottest nightclubs in Vegas or try your
luck in one of the casinos. Nightlife is Vegas main activity and it
lasts all day long!

within 14 days of arrival. No refund if cancelled within 14 days of

days after your stay.
