The house is 1 minute’s walk from the lake dock. 3 night minimum @ $200 a night or $1099 to $1299 for a week.

There is a guest house available to sleep up to 4 additional guests which has 2 bedrooms with 1 full & 2 twins beds and 1 full bath for an additional $350.

This is not a boathouse over the water in a small cove by the highway as some other rentals listed for the Lake. It is located in the middle of the largest section of beautiful Lake Summit. The house is very close to the water.
It has a covered porch view of the lake and a boat slip.

The town of Saluda is 8 minutes away or ride your bike there. Saluda is a quaint small town with shopping, restaurants, Pearson Falls, tubing and kayaking.
