4 year new home on Lake Wallenpaupack with dock. Boat must be no bigger than 21 feet. Community or
public launch areas are available. House includes 4 large bedrooms (2 queen sized beds, one full
futon, one set of bunk beds with a full bottom and twin top), a fully loaded kitchen with electric
stove,
dishwasher, and microwave, dining room, living room, washer/dryer, family room with wet-bar, outdoor
patio
overlooking the lake with propane grill. Internet access (bring your own laptop!). Ping pong table
in basement.
NO pets or smokers please. WE will rent long term cheaper(year)

2 cable televisions with DVD players, extra TV for video games only (system NOT included),
internet modem, central air conditioning, no phone jack.
The 4th bedroom is set up as a playroom for the kids. It includes the TV for video game use (system
not
included), board games, small toys and puzzles. A ping-pong table is located in the basement.
There is fishing
from the dock and boating on the lake.

Indoor: Ping-pong, board games, toys, books, and puzzles.
On The Lake: Fishing, boating, water skiing, jet skiing, swimming, tubing, canoeing.
Nearby Activities: Horseback riding, Wild Animal Park, Golf, Minature Golf, Hiking Trails, Family

including arcade, go-carts, bowling, batting cages, etc.
Local Shopping: Antique shops, Sporting goods and fishing tackle stores, Grocery stores.
Restaurants: There are many local restaurants available. You can even dock and dine at one of the
three
restaurants located on the lake.

Summer Rates: Weekly $1950 from Saturday 3pm to Saturday 11am.
