No kids crossing streets with this spacious 1097 square foot, 2 bath, 2 bedroom 6th floor (with elevator) condo on Historic Okaloosa Island at Fort Walton Beach. This Condo, Sea Oats, features a brick garden walk to the large beachside pool and hot tub and private pier access to a wonderfull, uncrowded, white sand beach with gentle sloping sandy bottom that is safe for kids and great for skim boarding.
The Master Bedrm has a king bed and the 2nd bedroom a Queen. Both bedrooms have fans and new flatscreen tv's. The den and 2nd bedroom have CD/dvd players. Both baths are modern and tiled. The queen sleeper sofa was new in 2010.

The well equipped kitchen has all one needs for complete family meal preparation, including new dishwasher (2011) and microwave.

Fort Walton Beach is very child and family oriented.
