finished with beautiful white mouldings with paned windows and french

Vacation Rental Amenities

Four bedroom suites each with spacious bathrooms(one with jacuzzi tub) 
and two with private exterior entrances. Master has additional office 
space with three view balconies. 
Light and bright with a great floorplan, this home has two living 
areas and a separate dining room. There is a fully equipped gourmet 
kitchen which opens to a heated outdoor patio eating area.  
 
Additionally, a lovely private enclosed backyard includes large patio, 
garage, and gated driveway providing off street parking for multiple 
vehicles. With parking always a premium in a beach community this is a 
sought after amenity!

Activities and Attractions

The red roof of the famous Hotel Del Coronado is also viewed from this 
home which is a short block away. If the beach is your destination, 
grab your towel and sunscreen and stroll another half block and you 
are on the world reknowned white sand beaches of Coronado.  
 
Wonderful shops, restaurants, and theater are all within blocks and a 
nice flat, easy walk or bike ride. Speaking of bike rides....brand new 
beach cruiser bikes come with the house for leisurely rides to take in 
the sites. Picture yourselves heading on bikes to the ferry landing 
and taking a ferry across the harbor to catch a Padre game at Petco 
Park or tour the aircraft carrier,Midway, or visit Seaport Village. 
 
A short drive over the bridge will transport you to the San Diego Zoo, 
Balboa Park, the Gaslamp District, or even a venture into Mexico! 
Head north to Sea World, Legoland, and the Wild Animal Park. Be sure 
to visit historic Old Town and La Jolla or head to the thoroughbred 
horse races or polo in Del Mar. All are within a half-hour drive.
