Plush carpeting.  
-A covered eating deck. 
-The kitchen with granite counter tops, modern track lighting,  
stainless applicances, Overhang granite top sitting area. 
-Two air-conditioned bedrooms with wood floors. Most of the time,  
the natural tradwinds cool the house even better than air- 
conditiong, the house is in a direct path of the tradewinds. 
-Bathroom with doulble sinks and a granite counter top. Nicely tiled  
bathroom tub and shower. 
 
On The Upper Level: 
-Loft with sleeping futon and a rooftop view deck.  
-Master air-conditioned bedroom. Most of the time, the natural  
tradwinds cool the house even better than air-conditiong, the house  
is in a direct path of the tradewinds, separate entrance to master  
bedroom from loft area. 
-Bathroom with double sink granite counter top.

This truely is a wonderful house. The views are stunning. It has  
been tastefully renovated. There are tasteful furnishings  
throughout.   
 
The house overhangs a valley and is in the path of the refereshing  
tradewinds. They blow over the mountains most of the time and keep  
the house naturally cool and refreshed. 
 
This is a non-smoking property. No smoking anywhere on the property.
