Floor to ceiling view of the beach from large third floor corner unit. Fully furnished, all tiled, beautiful Pella widows, plenty of storage, beach chairs, king size bed and two flat-screen HDTV's. DVD player and free WI-FI ; and a new marble shower enclosure. Plenty of room in this 1000 sq. ft. third floor condo. Large washers and dryers available on every other floor. Located on a "no driving beach." Front balcony with deck chairs overlook the beach and the ocean and you can occasionally spot dolphins swimmimg by. At night you can see fishing boats way out on the horizon. The storms are even enjoyable to watch over the ocean.

The Smyrna Beach Club is a beautifully gated community with a heated pool, club house, two tennis courts, shuffle board, outdoor cooking grills and picnic tables. Beautiful maintained property with plenty of parking. For winter rentals there are a few organized games of bridge, bingo, and there a few get-to-togethers

Approximately 90 minutes to Disney, 60 minutes to Sea World, 30 minutes to Daytona Beach, Canaveral National Sea Seashore 8 miles south on A1A. Boat, Kayak, and bicycle rental nearby. Community Golf Course ten minites away, Ponce Inlet Lighthouse a short drive away. Plenty of shopping and resturants along historic Flagler Avenue and Canal Street.
