Palace of the ownwer, the Contessa Anna Passi, which overlooks 
directely on the Grand Canal just between the Rialto Bridge and San 
Marco Square. The apartment is located on the ground floor. The 
living area has two large ancient marble windows overlooking 
directely the Grand Canal and offers an incomparable view of some 
famous Venetian Palaces. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms 
and two ensuite bathrooms.The apartment has all comforts: air-
conditioning,heating,TV,HI-FI,dishwasher,washing 
machine,microwave oven,hair dryers and iron. Water taxies can drop 
you off directely at the entrance of the Palace.
