One parking space and plenty of street parking directly in front of unit. Peaceful neighborhood. Walk to Jolly Roger Amusement/Water Park, beach and boardwalk a few blocks away. Walking distance to restaurants and bus stop for quick trip to boardwalk, Seacrets bayfront club, mini golf, etc. No teen/group rentals.

vacation rental rates
Sunday to Sunday weekly rentals. Mini weeks available (three night minimum) which may be figured on a different rate scale than weekly rentals. Additional fees include 10.5% tax (required by law), rental insurance or fully refundable $300.00 security deposit (your choice), $55 rental fee (charged by my realtor). Teens and groups need not inquire - family rentals only.
