GSK-Rustic Lakefront Cabin on a Quiet Lake in Milton

Our cabin is on Milton 3 Ponds.  All the lakes are connected and our cabin is on the most peaceful and quiet lake. Great for Kayaking!  There is a sandy area to swim and a deck on the water with a floating walkway and dock attached. The cabin is rustic and simple but comfortable and spacious. It is completely furnished, although everything may not match. There are 4 bedrooms with full size beds and 1 bedroom with 2 sets of twin size bunk beds stacked in threes (sleeping 6 people).  The living room has a pull out couch as well.  It is large room with lots of furniture and many windows with beautiful lake views.  The kitchen and dining room have a pine cathedral ceiling and are open to one another.  Please bring your own linens.  Nice site for Family Reunions!

There is a phone, 2 coffeemakers, toaster, microwave, 2 refrigerators, BBQ grill, TV, VCR, and a DVD player and a movie library.

There is a deck right on the water with a floating walkway with a dock attached.  Also, there is a sandy area for swimming.

Simple Pleasures- swim, fish, boat, kayak, hike, bike, walk, play horseshoes or read. Jet ski & Pontoon boats available for rent nearby.   There is a sand area for kids to play. Take easy day trips to popular mountain, seashore and other historic New England attractions. About 30 minutes from Lake  Winnipesaukee. Bring games/puzzles, TV/DVD/VCR and rent movies locally. Take advantage of tax-free shopping; stock up for Back-To-School
McKenzie Farm - There is a quaint little farm at the top of our hill, a short walk from our cabin.  They have fresh produce & cut flowers.  The also have pick your own strawberries in June, raspberries in July and apples in September. NH Farm Museum-Take the kids to the NH Farm Muesuem which is a a 5 minute drive from our cabin.  Everett's Cove-Visit Everett's Cove to rent a jet ski or pontoon boat or just to have an ice cream (10 minutes from our cabin in Lebanon, ME)

$1350.00 per week to be sent in 2 weeks prior to rental week
$400.00 refundable security deposit.
*Please note that the security deposit will be mailed back to you 2 weeks after your rental week has ended.  The security deposit is to hold your week & also to be used for security for our property.
