This private island is only accessible by car ferry or your private
boat and is located one hour from Tampa. Closest airport is
Ft. Myers.

and central heat. All linens, dishes and utensils provided. Fully
equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, iron and board, grill, coffee
maker, blender. Sleeps 7 people. TV, VCR, DVD, Stereo, Satellite.
Children and pets welcome. Long term renters welcome. No smoking.
Activities and Attractions
Swimming, snorkeling, fishing, shelling, sailing, roller blading,
surfing. Tennis, fitness center & restaurant on island.
Vacation Rental Rates
August 1 - November 14 - $250/nt - $1,395/week - $4,600/month
November 15 - July 31 - n/a - $1,695/week - $5,500/month
Rates do not include 12% Sales Tax, $100 Cleaning Fee, or Ferry
Charge. Pets OK with owner’s permission ($25 fee nightly/$175
weekly), $300 Security Deposit plus 20% of rent is required to hold
dates. Note until confirmed, rates are subject to change without
notice.
