Arrive on a Saturday & depart on a Saturday,take 5% off regular rates.

Advance reservation 8 month or more before arrival,take 5% off 

POLICY/REQUIREMENTS:
A Reservation Deposit of $500 DUE upon reservation.
Balance payment, Minus reservation deposit, DUE 30 Days prior to arrival.
