East Beach Villas Unit 212, is located on the beach right by Shipwatch condominiums. Walk a few yards down our private beach trail, and your toes will be in the sand. Our unique East Beach Villa provides a large townhouse with lots of rustic beach charm and plenty of room for your family to spread out and relax. Sleeps 7 with 2 1/2 bedrooms, (one small bedroom with bunk beds), and a queen fold out couch in the den. King bed in Master, and Queen bed in guest bedroom. Two full bathrooms, shower and tub in guest bathroom, walk in shower with two shower heads in the master bedroom, and one private outdoor shower with hot and cold water, perfect for coming in from the beach and showering off! Two decks: One on the front and one in back of unit. Back deck has been enlarged for entertaining, and has a crowsnest to climb up to a third story deck for a glimpse of the ocean or for some private sunbathing! Get away from it all. Tired of small condos? Sick of being cramped? Frustrated with trying to find a parking space on busy summer weekends? This is your place, with a spacious den and dining area, and two numbered parking spaces right out your front door. Absolutely the best way to experience St. Simons Island. Must be over 25 years old to rent.
