Built in 2010, the property is less than 100ft from the cabana and pool and has a screened in porch that overlooks the water with outdoor seating and dining. Located in magnificent Barefoot Landing Resort home to 4 championship golf courses, the property comfortably sleeps 8 with an extra couch located in the loft area. A flat screen TV, DVD player, IPOD docking station can be found in the main area of the townhouse. The house and pool area have free Wireless access. We accept PayPal transactions.

Master Suite with King Size Bed, Full bathroom with double sink, shower, walk in closet and flat screen TV. Upstairs you will find 2 more bedrooms, 1 with a full size bed and 1 with 2 twin beds. There are 2 additional full size bathrooms and a loft with a couch, desk and table. A pull out couch that sleeps two is in the main family room area. The Kitchen is fully equipped with everything a cook needs. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer. Sheets and towels are provided and upon arrival you will also receive some basic kitchen and bathroom amenities.

Barefoot is home to 4 golf courses and over 75 shops, restaurants and attractions including House of Blues, Alligator Adventure and the Alabama Theater. There is plenty to do for the whole Family or just a golf weekend getaway. The property is located 25 minutes from the Myrtle Beach International Airport.

2013 Rates - Jan & Feb $120 per night (4 night min) $665 per week, $1280 per month

March 1st - Sept 30th  - $195 per night (4 night min), $1075 per week & $3020 per month

Oct 1st - Dec 31st  - $155 per night, $750 per week, $1280 per month 

Weekly & Monthly Rates include taxes and Housekeeping Fee. 4 Night minimum stay required.
