Enjoy the beauty and serenity of Arizona’s White Mountains. This well-appointed, 3 bedroom, 2 full-bath condominium is an upstairs unit with 1,800 sq. ft. of living space. It sits within a lovely gated community that was built in the early 2000s. Its vaulted ceiling with large, log beams provides a spacious and comfortable living environment.

This condo is fully furnished and ready for your arrival with all the comforts of home. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, gas range, cookware, dinnerware and basic cooking staples. The dining table seats six adults comfortably with the option of adding two folding chairs. Two stools sit at the bar. There is a gas barbeque on the patio deck along with table & chairs. Area rugs are placed on newly-installed hardwood floors in both the living room and master bedroom. Kitchen and bathrooms have ceramic tile flooring and the two guest bedrooms have durable wall-to-wall carpeting. Locking screen door on both front and patio doors allow for cool interior breezes.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed and TV in the armoire. The two guest bedrooms have queen-size beds and small TVs on top of the dressers. In the living/great room, you’ll find two large, high-quality reclining chairs, a soft leather sofa, a floor-to-ceiling stone (gas) fireplace and a 35” TV with DVD/CD player and cable TV service. Basic WiFi; any streaming will be billed additionally.

The utility room has a full-size washer and dryer, an iron and ironing board, a vacuum cleaner and cleaning supplies, various hand tools, a snow shovel, flashlights, toilet plunger, etc. Towels and linens are included and you’ll find many sets of cloth napkins and placemats. Five ceiling fans are installed in the unit, one in each bedroom and two in the living/great room.

Golf, hiking, fishing, biking, snow skiing, antique stores, boutiques, plenty of restaurants, movie theatres, shopping and a local casino are all nearby. Check the Pinetop Chamber website.

Minimum stay for this property is restricted to two (2) nights. Longer minimum stays will be required during holiday periods. Adults must be 25 years of age or older.
