This house is rented by the week only.  Very comfortable three (3) bedroom colonial with detached garage two (2) blocks from the beach.  Kitchen with island and adjacent dining room for a large family and friends.  Family room with daybed and trundle sleeps two (2) more guests for a total of eight (8).  Detached two (2) car garage with removable screen is perfect for having a few friends over for outside relaxing and listening to music, prepping the boat, rigging the tackle or housing the beach gear.  Minor hurricane damage - already repaired!  Ready for Summer, 2013!

We Are Coming Back for More!

We had never stayed in Brigantine before but will be coming back for more in 2013. Great house and owners. They provide everything you need for the beach, including tags, chairs, fishing rods and more. We loved the garage and used it often to kick back and enjoy a few cold ones after a relaxing day at the beach. Great time!

Recommended for: families with teenagers, pet-friendly, sight seeing

Owners response: We're glad these folks enjoy the house as much as we do. We also love hanging out in the garage at the tiki bar. We added a loop and nail game this year to the garage. Looks like a drinking game to me.

Third year!

This will be our third year at this house. The house is in a great area, and a short walk to the beach. This house is kept very clean and nice. The owners really keep up on any maintenance, and take great care of this house. There is plenty of room, and parking! I would recommend this house to families for a great vacation ( Just don't take the week we go !)

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, pet-friendly

Will definitely stay here again!

This home was amazing. The Grandsons had a short walk to the beach, while the guys were a few blocks from the boat ramp. The kitchen was ready to cook in, with a great dining area for family meals. Air conditioning was very nice. plenty of parking for 2 vehicles and a boat. And to top it off, the garage made a great " man-cave" to relax after the kids were in bed. The owners were very nice, and made you feel welcome. The house was extremely clean, and was stocked with cleaning supplies to leave it as we found it. You won't be disappointed here.

Recommended for: families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing

Owners response: We're glad this busy family enjoys our house so much and is vacationing here for the 3rd time in 2013. I know they enjoy their time off and having their grand kids vacation with them. It's nice seeing their boat pull up in front of the house. The garage and boat ramp are certainly convenient for folks that like to fish the area.
