December-February   $2600/wk ($459/night)
March-August        $2800/wk ($499/night)
September-November  $2400/wk ($429/night)

+ 7% state and local tax

5 night minimum stay

Check in 3:00 am / Check out 11:00 am

SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS: $500 Security/Damage Deposit for
property (refundable, except for $75 cleaning fee); additional 
$500 Security/Damage deposit for the use of the boat; you must 
be at least 25 years old to rent this property and ALL 
REGISTERED GUESTS OVER 18 ARE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT A PHOTO ID 
TO VERIFY IDENTITY. 

*Because this is a private, gated community we run criminal background
checks on all registered guests 18 and over.*

CANCELLATION POLICY:  In the event that the Renter cancels this reservation / contract for any 
reason, Owner will attempt to re-market / fill the reservation / contract for the Renter prior to the 
Renter’s Check-In Date.  Your contract will be assignable with the Capriccio Land Trust with the 
approval of the assignee of the Capriccio Land Trust. If the cancellation occurs within less than 
thirty (30) days of the Check-In Date and the Owner is unable to re-market prior to the Renter’s 
Check-In Date, the Renter will be liable for fifty (50%) percent of the rental costs.  Owner will 
make all reasonable efforts to re-market / fill the Rental Property reservation for you by the Check-
In Date.
