Lake House at the Yough - ON YOUGH LAKE - UNBELIEVABLE VIEWS in Ohiopyle

Lake House at the Yough is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 1 bath located on the Youghiogheny River Lake with gorgeous lake and mountain views. The Lake House offers large upper and lower decks, and outdoor patio. The main deck offers a breathtaking view of the lake, gas grill, picnic table and lounge furniture. The Lake House comfortably sleeps 10, offering a queen bed in the master bedroom, 2 sets of bunk beds with double bed mattresses on the bottom in the other bedrooms, plus a pull out sofa bed in the living room. Every room offers a beautiful view of the lake. Bring your boat or rent one at Yough Lake Marina. Boat slips and boat rentals are available at the Yough Marina.  Boaters consider Youghiogheny River Lake, with its 16 mile length and channels up to one-half mile wide, the best power boating and water-skiing lake in southwestern Pennsylvania. There are numerous coves and backwater areas along the lake which provide excellent fishing.  The lake is inhabited by a large variety of game and panfish and is especially known as a hotspot for walleye and smallmouth bass. 

The dock at the house is for swimming and fishing only. No boat dockage.

Notes: The Lake House is located on a steep plot of land and has many stairs. Please view our photo slideshow on the Guest info page of our website. Renters should be aware that the road to the lake house is a rural gravel road and steep in some areas. Recommend caution. Yough Lake is a flood control Lake therefore the dock is floating. The Lake House does have a hot tub and it is available for our guests at no charge.  However, if it is under repair during your stay there will be no refunds. 

Lake House amenities include: A fully equipped kitchen - full size cook top with grill and griddle, double ovens, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, pots, pans, dishes, utensils, soap and towels. blow dryer, all towels and bed linens, TV/DVD player, CD player.
