This beautiful 3 bedroom condominium suite (third floor in building C) 
is located on the north end of Jaco Beach in Bahia Encantada. 
This spacious (1842 sq ft) unit is appointed with custom tile and wood 
throughout. Comfortably furnished with a king-size bed in the master 
suite, queen-size bed in 2nd bedroom and two twin beds in the 3rd 
bedroom. Each bedroom has its own private balcony with either full or 
partial ocean views. Every room is tastefully appointed with designer 
furniture and decor. 
 
Kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and includes 
all cookware needed to prepare a gourmet meal, if you so desire. Enjoy 
the convenience of the in-unit laundry and elevator access, as well as 
the comfort of central air conditioning. Cable TV and wireless 
internet access is available. Maid service, concierge, 24 hour 
security and in room safe are also provided. 
 
Relax at the tri-level pool with swim up bar. The beach and ocean are 
right there in front of you! 
 
The town of Jaco with its many fine restaurants, entertainment and 
shopping is a short 10 minute walk down the beach. 
Although Costa Rica is a very small country (land mass of just 0.03% 
of the entire world) it contains 6% of all the worlds existing 
biodiversity. Government conservation has designated over 25% of this 
county as protected areas. If you like wildlife and nature you will 
love Costa Rica! 
 
Politically and economically stable, good infrastructure with clean 
and safe drinking water (right from our faucet!), low crime rate, and 
literacy rate of 96% are just a few of the reasons that make this 
country such a nice place to visit. 
Oh yeah, the beaches, rain forest and wildlife are just incredible!!
